“Lise Roy was responsible for the renovation of our basement at 35 Howland Rd, Riverdale. She took an old basement and turned it into a marvelous and functional art studio. Lise designed the plans, recommended the various working teams, and supervised the entire project.
We made several changes as we went along, and Lise was always accommodating and came up with a solution that met our needs. Lise knows all the details of the project and is in full control of all the steps and coordinated the work teams, which were all excellent and efficient. Lise is also very knowledgeable about structural issues, electrical intricacies, lighting, cabinet specifications, flooring, and all materials needed to complete the renovation.
